Max Browne is rated the #2 Pocket Passer in the USA and will head to The Elite 11 to compete with the Best of The Best! Good Luck to Max.The Elite 11 QB Camp is up next for Skyline gunslinger Max Browne. He tore up The Opening and looked great at all the other events we have seen him at. Rivals.com has him rated as one of the Top 3 Pocket Passers in the Nation and there is certainly no arguing that. But it appears that Max is as driven as always and is heading to Redondo Beach, California this week to take on the best of the best.
At The Opening he led team Field Generals to the final and came up just short loosing the 7 on 7 Championship to Team Super Bad. Max is however about the work and received a lot of attention from QB Coaches who were making some small adjustments to his release.
The 25 best QB's in the Nation are heading to the Elite 11 after winning the right to do so in a Regional Elite 11 event. Director Trent Dilfer was looking for the best of the best. The guys he he felt would be able to handle the rigors of College football and end up succeeding on the field. Dilfer says this is the best group of QB's to come into College in one graduating class and Browne is one of the elite guys in that group.
Of Note QB Isaac Dotson of Newport (WA) High School was mentioned by Dilfer in an interview today on National TV as a guy who in any other year could have made it and who was one of the best kids he saw out of 250 QB's that were analyzed. High praise for another great Washington kid.
Here are the 25 QB's who will be competing to be named the Best of the Best.
